and finances in the performance of the ministry.

of being a minister of God. Calling and separation, faithfulness,

This verse by verse study of these epistles is of the greatest
importance to those called to the ministry. Careful study will
help us to apply the principles taught by Paul to the church today.
Timothy needed this encouragement, correction, and instruction
in order to be a successful pastor. We certainly need the same
advice and insight today.
Dispensations
Paul told the Ephesians that it was part of his ministry “...to
make all men see what is the dispensation of the mystery, which
from the beginning of the ages hath been hid.” (Ephesians

needed to conduct each will be taught, and the students will be
given practical experience in the planning and conducting of both
a wedding and a funeral.
How to Study the Bible
This class will use passages from Genesis as the foundation for
learning principles of "Expository Study." Students will
learn the process of discovering what the scriptures are really
saying. By using a series of "questions," they will be
able to understand the importance of context, original language,
narrative, history, culture, and cross-referencing. This technique
will not only enlighten the text, but also will assist the student
in the preparation of a message or outline.
Youth Ministry (Overview)

education and Christian development of young people. How do you
teach them? What will produce the stability and maturity that they
will need in the months and years ahead? You will benefit from
a balanced approach of how to teach Christian youth while learning
to relate to their personal and social needs. We will also focus
on the principles of raising up leaders from within the youth ranks. |
